Terms & Conditions – Mobile RV Repair Services
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
By requesting or accepting mobile RV repair services from Happy Camper RV Repair, the customer acknowledges that RV repair involves mechanical systems, tools, and equipment that may pose risks of personal injury, property damage, or unintended consequences. The customer understands these risks and voluntarily accepts them.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer releases, waives, and discharges [Happy Camper RV Repair], its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, service dissatisfaction, or incidental losses.
3. No Warranties or Guarantees
Except where explicitly stated in writing, all services are provided “as-is” and without any warranties, express or implied. [Happy Camper RV Repair] makes no guarantees as to the results of repairs or the continued performance of the customer’s RV systems after service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the RV and the surrounding area during service. The Customer must disclose any known hazards, pre-existing damage, or mechanical issues relevant to the requested repair.
5. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Camper RV Repair, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) brought by third parties in connection with the services provided.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall [Happy Camper RV Repair] be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or diminished value of the RV.
7. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of [Texas]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, requesting, or accepting mobile RV repair services, the customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the release of liability waiver.
9. Payment, No-Show, and Lien Notice:
By requesting service from Happy Camper RV Repair, customers agree to our payment terms as outlined in our service agreement. Full payment is due upon completion of services. If a customer relocates their RV without prior notice and our technician arrives on-site to find the vehicle has been moved, a $3,500 wasted trip fee will be charged. In the event of non-payment, Happy Camper RV Repair reserves the right to utilize the vehicle’s VIN to pursue a mechanic’s lien in accordance with Texas law. Additionally, failure to pay for services rendered may result in the filing of theft-of-services charges under applicable state laws.
